What we collect
When you use the enquiry form we collect the parent’s name, the student’s name, a phone number, the class applied for, and optionally an email address and message. We also keep a shortened, hashed form of your network address to limit spam.
How we use it
We use these details only to respond to your enquiry about admissions or campus visits. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
Who can see it
Enquiries are visible to authorised staff of ADARSH VIDYA MANDIR. If you click “Load map”, Google Maps loads in the page and is then subject to Google’s own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
[To be confirmed by the school — for example, enquiries are deleted after the admission cycle ends.]
